Menggunakan kaedah pengulangan untuk memperkasakan minda

• Hayati setiap perkataan yang anda luahkan itu supaya ia dapat mewujudkan kesan emosi pada diri dan minda anda.
Kesimpulannya teknik pengulangan ini memerlukan konsistensi agar minda anda dapat menerima isyarat tersebut secara perlahan-lahan. Apa yang perlu anda lakukan hari ini ialah mempercayai dan menghayati setiap perkataan yang anda luahkan kerana ia tidak akan berhasil jika anda sendiri tidak yakin dengan apa yang disebut.
